Abstract

The environment is a complex and dynamic system comprising various natural and human- made elements. The natural environment includes the lithosphere (land), hydrosphere(water), atmosphere (air), and biosphere (living organisms). These components interact and influence one another, forming complex ecosystems that support life on Earth. The physical environment encompasses climate, geology, topography, and hydrology, which shape the Earth's surface and influence the distribution of living organisms. Climate refers to the long-term atmospheric conditions, including temperature, humidity, and precipitation patterns. Geology encompasses the study of rocks, minerals, and geological structures, while topography refers to the shape and features of the Earth's surface.
