FACTORS INFLUENCING ADOPTION OF DIGITAL PAYMENT SYSTEM WITH SPECIAL REFERECE TO PAYTM

The present analysis is undertaken with the purpose to investigate a consumer adoption of digital wallet special reference to Paytm in Meerut region. Demographic variables and factors influencing adoption of digital wallet have been analysed. The results showed that gender and factors influencing adoption of digital wallets (usage, preference, reason and risk) had no significant difference. Next variable age and occupation along with preference, risk, reason and usage resulted in a significant relation. While in case of qualification only preference and risk had a significant impact rest two factors i.e. usage and reason had no significant impact.
