The Effectiveness of Prehabilitation Programs in Preventing Injuries
Abstract
Prehabilitation programs aim to proactively address potential injury risk factors before they lead to actual injuries. This study evaluates the effectiveness of a prehabilitation program designed to improve strength, flexibility, and neuromuscular control in [specific sport]. By comparing injury rates between athletes who participated in the prehabilitation program and a control group, we will assess the program's impact on injury prevention.
